Enjoy “Auld Lang Syne” at The Chichester Hotel
November 8, 2017
In my youth (many, many years ago) the thing I used to look forward to most was getting on my glad rags and going out dancing on a weekend. Now, if I am honest, I prefer to watch X Factor or Strictly Coming Dancing on a Saturday night, but there is one night of the year that should be celebrated and that is New Year Eve. There are so many reasons why we should just stay in, order a takeaway and watch Jools Holland’s Annual Hootenanny but….
- Ordering a takeaway – so you fancy a nice meal and you have called your local takeaway shop, but have been told delivery will be 2 hours, “do you know it is New Year Eve?” So why not attend The Chichester Hotel for a four course gala dinner with canapés and cheese included, all served to your table: no waiting and no delay!
- Who needs Jools Holland? The Chichester Hotel has its own entertainment – a live four-piece band as well as a DJ to 01.00am!
- The local mini cab firm are charging double fare – don’t worry as at The Chichester Hotel we have 36 en suite bedrooms, so make a night of it and don’t worry about getting home! The room rate also includes brunch the following morning (you may have a sore head so the brunch may help!)
So there are no excuses, you can sing “Auld Lang Syne” at the top of your voice and enjoy the gala dinner at The Chichester Hotel, Wickford, Essex, SS11 8UE.
